Does anyone want to guess why Urban kept “postponing” his civil trial deposition?

After Urban could no longer postpone his civil trial deposition, does anyone want to guess why Urban brought a Criminal Attorney to a Civil Proceeding deposition?

Does anyone want to guess what “secret information” Urban’s Criminal Attorney Schonfeld told to Urban’s Civil Attorney McCrea? And why such “secret information” would result in Urban not being allowed to be deposed in a Civil Trial?

Debi Kiontke look at those facts. Since you cannot post any facts to dispute this could you convince Peter aka xxdiamondchildxx to come over and post some facts to dispute this?

No no no. Don't bother because he, as hard as that is, is more shallow than you.

While I think it is good to expose this company for what it was, I advise a slight modification to your outlook.

I have never held a position in CMKX nor had I heard of it until maybe a year ago. I have been a regular reader of the CT message board for most of that year.

These people are simply in denial and are reacting in virtually the same manner as many investors do when they invest in a turd. They spin reality into anything to absolve blame, no matter how bizarre. When you accuse them of some nefarious purpose, you are doing exactly what they do to propagate their illusion. It also makes them automatically dismiss what you say because they KNOW you are wrong about their motives.

They've been had just like thousands of others. You guys need to unite and go after the people at the top. The longer they can tap dance and kill time, the more heat is removed from them. Every guilty person always wants one thing...more time.

This denial is prevelent in investing at all levels, but these folks have an additional coat of armour. They are ironically using religion to make the denial easier. Chalking something up to "God's Will" will lose you a lot of money in stocks. The more basic question should be "Does God want me to gamble in penny stocks?". I've got my own answer to that. I'll leave it to others to come up with their own.

So I think you're on the right track, but your anger is directed to the wrong people. Hopefully, many people will learn their lessons and avoid the penny stock scams and use some of this potential market ability in more legitimate companies.

Years ago I invested in a couple of penny stocks. It was stupid then and it's just as stupid now.

You make a good point anonymous.

One thing though. As long as people like Debi Kiontke and her bunch continue to post fantasy about riches , how there is a huge short in CMKX and how Urban Casavant is a hero then people will believe it because they need to.

Debi Kiontke and her bunch are hurting investors and not helping them. Hopefully Debi Kiontke and her bunch will become less shallow and fess up they are wrong.

You are correct that the people waiting for this turd to turn into a diamond are not helping. But trust me, I have a lot of experience debating similar people on other message boards. (I have never posted to CT)

It pretty much is impossible to make someone believe something if it is contrary to something they want to believe. It doesn't matter how many facts you have behind you. Any time something is reduced to some vast conspiracy (naked shorting in this case), any contrary evidence is simply cast as an object of the conspiracy. It doesn't matter that the "naked shorting" ruse is the oldest illusion in the book.

There seems to be even an additional problem at CT. That site seems to promote penny stocks and the radio networks seems to revolve around the penny stock world. How a Christain site got tangled up in that crap is beyond me. It does make me wonder at the legitimacy of it since there is such a massive fraud problem in the pennies. It's best to assume they are honest but misguided unless there is evidence to the contrary and I have seen none.

You would think that the absurdity of some of these fantasies would be enough to knock people into reality. There is a current debate of whether people would "accept" $.05 per share as if that were somehow low when it's pretty clear that company is not worth the price of the paper the certificates are printed on.

$.05 would make that a $38 Billion company! You could buy GM and Ford with that and have $8 Billion left over. Beyond absurd.

I won't even get into the insane hopes of $0.47/share or $1.57 (or something). Those prices would make it the most valuable company in world history!

Although, I'm not convinced CMKX was intentionally a scam or just the product of a charismatic delusional. Those types are even more dangerous since they don't have to lie. They actually believe the fantasy.

It's nice that you've decided to call Debi to the carpet. There are a number of other cretins you should call out as well.

Mark Faulk has to be close to the top of the list.

Someone or a number of people seem to be trying to get this blog shut down.

Someone or a number of people seem to have reported it as a Spam Blog and Google has put a temporary stop on publishing new posts.

This matter will be sorted out and publishing of posts will hopefully resume shortly.

This incident does show that someone or a number of people are worried that this blog exists.

Even though CMKM Diamonds, itself, won't be ripping off any more investors, there's no shortage of other scammers who are hell-bent upon taking more money from these victims.

Take "delidog". Apparently, this cretin is scalping CMKM Diamonds shares for a 150% spread.

Then there was the Frizzell/Martin racket that burned shareholders for $25 to $50 apiece.

And you've got Mark Faulk who hopes to dump his worthless book on a bunch of naive, misinformed bagholders.

CMKM Diamonds may well be revoked, but there are still a lot of other shit-heads out there who want their turn at these people who have so willingly thrown their money away on this scam.

Keep up the good fight. There will always be a place for websites that expose fraud.
